It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully review all Product dimensions (height, width, diameter, opening size), materials (e.g., ceramic, glass, stoneware), and care instructions before placing an order.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
All shipping times are estimates. The risk of loss and title for the Products you purchase pass to you upon our release of the item(s) to the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, local postal service).

5. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
5.1 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be:

• In its original, perfect, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all interior protective padding, inserts, and materials.
• Accompanied by your original order number or proof of purchase.
  Any signs of use, chips, cracks, scratches, watermarks, or damage will result in the refusal of the return or the assessment of a significant restocking/damage fee of up to 50% of the Product price, at our discretion.

5.2 Final Sale Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE:

• Custom-made, personalized, monogrammed, or commissioned vases.
• Any items clearly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is.”

5.3 Refund Processing Timelines: Upon our warehouse’s receipt and inspection of your eligible return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Standard Refunds: Your monetary refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a minimum of 14 business days from the completion of our inspection.
• PayPal Refunds: For refunds processed via PayPal, funds will typically appear in your PayPal account within 14 days. Please note: In some regions, PayPal’s internal policies or local regulations may require a refund processing period of up to 30 days for transactions.

5.4 Damage Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect the shipping package and the Product immediately upon delivery. Your report must include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged Product and all packaging materials. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
